Deposit	€280 per student to reserve a place. Deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation. Cost of Tour will be recalculated according to numbers travelling. Maximum number of seats per coach is 53. Times and dates for visits/activities may vary depending on dates travelling and prevailing circumtances
Balance	Balance on Tour must be paid one month prior to commencement.
Insurance	Our insurance includes civil liability and repatriation not travel insurance. All applicants including teachers must also apply to their local health board for E111 card.
Departure	All participants must have in their possession a valid passport, EIII card and an internationally recognised student card (Usit Aston’s Quay Dub 2)
List of Students	We require a complete list of students travelling two months before departure date - name & address, age, gender, allergies and Tel numbers. Two students per host family- please indicate which students wish to share

Names and address of Host Families and Programme Schedule will be issued 7-10 days before departure.
